What you’ll need:

• 1 package of chocolate morsels
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 6 cups of milk
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream

How to make:

Pour all of the ingredients into the crock pot and set the temperature to low. Stir every 10 minutes until the morsels are melted.

When ready to serve, just pour into your favorite mug and add whipped cream, etc.

To store:

Place in a glass jar and refrigerate. The hot chocolate can be reheated on the stove or in the microwave.
